Eltizam’s Get Wonky Internship Program Focuses on Youth Empowerment in the UAE

We have started our Get Wonky internship program as part of our commitment to support the economic development of the UAE.

The semester-long internship program is part of Eltizam’s Get Wonky corporate culture, a business enhancement framework designed to amplify customer experience, workforce performance, and sustained revenue growth.

While the internship program is open to all nationalities. There is a particular focus on fostering young Emirati talent, in line with its commitment to empowering local sectors and the UAE government’s Emiratization efforts.

As part of the program, the interns will get hands-on experience working with experts in the field. As well as learning business strategies and communication skills.

All subsidiaries under the Eltizam group, including Three60 Communities, Tafawuq Facilities Management, Omnius, 800TEK, Fixis and OrionTEK, are all involved in this program.

For example, Three60 Communities will offer on-ground experience with community managers. Working on residence welfare, customer satisfaction, homeowners’ associations, community events, and face-to-face engagement with residents.
